Community-style acupuncture at the West Hartford JCC: We've been growing the acupuncture program with Holistic Health Options at the Mandell JCC. I'm available for community-style treatments as well as private sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We focus on a full range of treatment concerns, general wellness, and relaxation. Private sessions are customized with a combination of energy therapy, Tuina, and cupping as well. Non-members are very welcome.

Classes and Events
Community-Style Acupuncture for Veterans: Group acupuncture to relax the body, calm the mind, and reset from daily stress. We use a combination of auricular acupuncture and easily accessible body points on the arms and legs. A great way to address body pain, anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, PTSD, or to support general wellness. A perfect first experience for acupuncture if you've never tried. This event is held twice annually, we'd love to see you there!
